We're sorry things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news - you get 30 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry and swimwear is non-refundable, unless a customer received the wrong item or the item was faulty. Email us for the steps on processing a return. Please allow 30 days for us to receive your returned item back for inspection and for the credit to appear back on your credit/debit card.
